I'm Ramil. I run Wall & Wag out of a studio in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Every order comes to me: I check the likeness against your photo, correct the color, and print it myself on a 24-inch HP DesignJet T870. If something isn't right, you're emailing a person, not a support queue.
Wall & Wag opened in Brooklyn in 2026. It started as a dog portrait studio — the name still says so — and now makes cat portraits just as often. The process is identical either way.
THE MACHINE AND THE MATERIAL
What your portrait is actually printed on.
Every print comes off a 24-inch HP DesignJet T870, a wide-format inkjet plotter — the same kind of machine architecture firms use for drawings, not a consumer photo printer. It prints on HP Everyday Matte Polypropylene: a matte polypropylene film, not paper. It won't tear, crease, or yellow the way paper eventually does, and it holds color well under normal indoor light. Because it's a plotter, every print has a small white border — that's the margin the machine needs, and it happens to be the right edge for framing.
No warehouse, no third party. Your pet's photo goes to one desk in Bay Ridge and comes back as something you can hang.

The eight art styles are generated from your photo — I'm not going to pretend otherwise. But they're not a filter: I built and tuned the direction for each one myself, and every result is checked by hand against your original before it's offered to you or sent to print.
